The Dolce Vita Employees´ Academy in Naturns offers courses for our employees at managerial level as well as for the Dolce Vita staff. This is the only way to provide targeted opportunities for further education. The offer of the 'Dolce Vita Managers’ Academy' is mainly aimed at entrepreneurial families, assistant managers and heads of departments. The focus here is on satisfied guests as well as happy employees. The course timetable 2015 for employees at the Dolce Vita Hotels in South Tyrol is available at the reception. Every year, all employees have the opportunity to take part in the workshops and courses provided. Due to high demand, it is recommended to register for a course as early as possible.
