Lemon-basil juice
A refreshing and healthy aperitif
Ingredients:
• 1 l water
• 600 g sugar
• 300 g lemon juice
• 30 g leaves of basil, rinsed
• 100 g crushed ice
• 1 pinch of salt
Preparation:
Bring water, sugar and salt to boil, take off the cooker and allow to cool. Add the remaining ingredients to the sugar syrup and blend well. Serve the juice ice cold in a champagne glass as aperitif or as a refreshing drink.
