From the town center of Naturno, we take Via Stazione / Bahnhofstraße to the bridge, the starting point of the cycle path on the Lungoadige / Etschdamm. We turn left on the cycle path towards Merano. We pass through the villages of Plaus and Rablà until we reach Tel. We cross the state road and take the new cycle path to Lagundo which takes us downhill to the Lagundo beach. We cross the wooden bridge and continue to the next intersection. We turn left to the Forst brewery. Near the brewery we cross the state road and take the climb that leads to Marling. On a hilly road we finally arrive in Marling. We cross the town and descend to Cermes and then to Lana (marked). Arrived at the first roundabout, turn right and take the climb that takes us to Val d’Ultimo. The road winds in serpentines along the mountain. Upon reaching the crossroads for Pavicolo, we continue towards S. Pancrazio (780 m). We continue passing Santa Valburga (1130 m) up to the lake of Zoccolo. We skirt the lake to Pracupola and then to S. Nicolò (1271 m). Finally we arrive at S. Gertrude (1500 m). We have reached the highest point of the itinerary. From here we continue downhill along the same road that we covered on the outward journey to Lana. We turn right at the roundabout and continue along the road towards Postal. We pass Lana di Mezzo and the lido di Lana to Postal. We keep left at the roundabout towards Merano. We continue to Merano. We cross the city of Merano and continue towards Lagundo and Val Venosta. In Lagundo the last climb to Tel awaits us. From Tel we continue along the Val Venosta cycle path that leads us to Naturno.
