From the town center of Naturno, we take Via Stazione / Bahnhofstraße which leads us to a bridge, the starting point of the cycle path on the Lungoadige / Etschdamm. We turn left on the cycle path towards Merano. We pass through the villages of Plaus and Rablà until we reach Tel. We cross the road and take the new cycle path to Lagundo which takes us downhill to the Lagundo swimming pool. We cross the wooden bridge and continue to the next intersection. We turn left to the Forst brewery. Near the brewery we cross the state road and take the climb that leads to Marling. On a hilly road we finally arrive in Marling. We cross the town and descend to Cermes and then to Lana (marked). We cross the town and at the second roundabout we turn right towards Passo Palade. We follow the climb until the crossroad for Tisens. We turn left and arrive downhill at Tesimo and Prissiano. From Prissiano we descend very steeply downhill towards Nalles. We cross Nalles in the direction of Merano. Arrived at the roundabout (near the gas station) we turn left into a side road that passes through the apple orchards, passes near the Pircher and Kati refreshment point and finally leads us to Lana. In Lana we continue on the road in the direction of Cermes and Marlengo. We take the road to Marling and continue to the center. We cross Marlengo and retrace the hilly road to Lagundo (Forst brewery). We cross the state road and pass behind the Forst brewery until the next intersection. We turn to the right and we arrive to the wooden bridge. We cross the bridge and arrive at the Lagundo swimming pool. From here we follow the cycle path that we have already covered on the outward journey to Tel. From Tel we retrace the cycle path up to Naturno.
