048 Tour to the "Marzoner Alm" hut and Lupo Trail

We take the bike shuttle service to the small mountain village Montefranco. Where we start riding towards the "Marzoner Alm" hut, one of the lowest huts of southtyrol. Alternatively we can also ride the steep road `from` Castelbello to the "Marzoner Alm" hut on our own (1070m elevetion gain).From the "Marzoner Alm" we take the Bike Highline Merano and follow the trails to reach the start of the "Lupotrail" (Nr. 4, signposted). Most parts of the Highline are broad forest road, but this part is quite narrow with some exposed parts, so pay attention. We start riding on the "Lupotrail" which will bring us all the way down to Tablá, a real test for the breaks and our body. The trail is full of gravel and roots but has a quite flowy character and is perfectly suited for beginners. Experts have the possibility to change trail at half way `where` the "Fontanatrail" (S3) starts. Arrived in Tablá we return in a relaxing downhill back to Naturno.
