Course: Naturno – Morter – uphill Morterer Leger – farm Haslhof – trail Holy Hansen – Covelano– Naturno

Want to get to know one of the most beautiful trail in Val Venosta? Then follow us on this tour. From the town center of Naturno, we take Via Stazione / Bahnhofstraße which leads us to a bridge, the starting point of the cycle path on the Lungoadige / Etschdamm. We turn right and take the cycle path towards Stava. We follow the cycle path  through the villages Castelbello, Laces and finally Coldrano, `where` we ride in direction of "Val Martello" until Morter. At the firefighter building we turn right to get to a forest road that brings us uphill to the "Morterer Leger". The road is very steep but guarantees shadow, even on hot summer days. The first part of the road is mostly on white marble, the second part we ride over grass. After 9 kilometers and 1000 meters of elevation gain, we arrive at our first destination. The breathtaking view on the surrounding mountains let us almost forget about the physical strains we had to face. After a short break we take a connecting route to the farm "Haslhof", `where` we will finally get rewarded. The "The Holy Hansen", one of the most famous trails in Val Venosta is right in front of us. The trail was built especialy for biker and is constructed very flowy (S0- S1)and only some parts in the middle sectore are technicaly more demanding (S2). But the trail is divided in eight parts and the difficulty of each part is always signed, so everyone can decide whether to ride the next section or not. The trail leads us all the way down to Covelano, `where` we take the cycle path and return to Naturno.
